Yuliya Kostenko is the founder of Leech Therapy Centre UK. She is a highly qualified practitioner having completed over 10 years of continuous education in complementary therapies. She has studied Leech Therapy with top experts in the world at National Professional Association of Specialists of Alternative Medicine and Health Practices under Konstantin Sukhov and Lubov Kostikova (Moscow, Russia), then at the Saint-Petersburg Hirudology Association with professor Krasheniyk. Then also with the president of Association of Leech Therapy of Ukraine Olga Kozinska and few others. Finally, in 2019 she participated in the World’s 3rd Hirudotherapy Congress.

Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics Acupuncture (CICM, UK)

Chinese Herbal Medicine 3-year degree programme (WCA Academy, UK)

Hijama Therapy – Institute of Clinically Applied Hijama Therapy (ICAHT, UK)

Herbal Medicine and Medicinal Mushrooms training at NPASAMHP, Moscow 

Yuliya is a member of British Association of Hirudotherapy,  St.Petersburg Association of Hirudotherapy and Complementary Medicine Association UK. At the moment she runs a successful Leech Therapy clinic in London.
